Each tooth gets its own sentence.
For an implant, the sentence carries the osteotomy, the implant width and length, the torque, the graft in cc, the membrane, and the cover screw or healing abutment. The anesthesia line counts carpules by agent. Materials carry their REF and LOT from a photo of the label. Teeth with the same values share one sentence.

Tern ships 14 procedure templates and 14 consents. A template is your phrasing, your section order, and the office each document goes to. To change one, describe the change to the editor. It stages the change on a draft, lists every line that would differ, and publishes when you confirm.
- Upload a finished note from your old system, as a Word file or a photo, and the editor builds the form and the template from it.
- A form and its document publish as one pair. The editor flags a field that no document prints.
